What’s a Cushion?  Below are great options when it comes to new cushions.

Many times when slip covering a sofa or chair the cushions need replaced.  When I have been invited by a client to look at their furniture for custom slipcovers I always sit down and try out the cushions.   Foam wears out and breaks down over time.  It is good to replace your cushion foam every 5-8 years.

There are many choices of cushions, depending on the comfort and support you are needing.   Personally, I love firm base with soft and fluffy down wraps on my cushions.  We are glad to custom order cushions for you, especially if you do not have a local resource.

Perhaps the single most important factor affecting both the look and comfort of upholstered furniture is the choice of cushion fill. All of our foam products are
California Fire Code 117 Certified. We offer the following options for seat cushions.

 

Premium Foam
Firm seating with extra support.
Premium Foam is the highest density foam we offer. It is wrapped in a zero-deflection foam layer as opposed to Dacron® in order to most effectively preserve the crown of the cushion.

 

Cloud Foam
Our most popular and luxurious foam option.
Cloud foam is a mid-density foam that is wrapped in a zero-deflection foam layer as opposed to Dacron® in order to most effectively preserve the crown of the cushion.

 

 

Down Wrap
A premium down seat that you’ll melt into.
Our Down Wrap cushion has a cloud foam core wrapped in an envelope of 90/10 down blend. The envelope is made of down-proof ticking and channeled to maximize comfort and minimize escaping feathers.  *All down products require fluffing for maintenance.  Also available with hypoallergenic Elite® Fill in place of down.

 

 

Spring Down
Our down wrap seating with the extra support of hand placed springs. Our Spring Down cushion has a cloud foam core with internal spring support. It is then wrapped in a down blend envelope made of down-proof ticking and channeled to maximize comfort and minimize escaping feathers.  *All down products require fluffing for maintenance.  Also available with hypoallergenic Elite® Fill in place of down.

 

Fiber  Back Cushion

The tradition of luxury.
Our down cushion is filled with 90/10 feather down and wrapped in down-proof ticking to minimize escaping feathers. Each cushion is custom fabricated to fit each sofa size. *All down products require fluffing for maintenance. Also available with hypoallergenic Elite® Fill in place of down.

 

Down Back Cushion
The feel of down without the maintenance. Our fiber fill is a high loft polyester fiber cushion. This type of cushion requires minimal maintenance and is the perfect choice for clients with hypoallergenic needs.
